Job Description

  • Actively involved and assist in initiating, planning, and executing company events or activities regularly for employee engagements
  • Responsible for assisting and participating in helping create and advocate for an open, innovative culture by assisting in coordinating projects and program execution
  • Support, assist and participate in well-being and team-building events for the organization
  • Involved and assist in developing and nurturing employee engagement activities, development, and training if needed internally or externally
  • Employee Wellness: Participate and assist in spearheading all initiatives to constantly improve and upgrade the quality of life for all employees


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related fields
  • Familiarity with HR/ people & culture concepts
  • Analytical skills to compile information requiring combinations of data from multiple sources, the ability to work with numbers and formulas
  • Working knowledge of the Google Docs
  • Solid work ethic, including the ability to follow up, focus on details, and take initiative
  • Intellectual curiosity and drive for continuous improvement, both personally and with work assignments
  • Positive and mature attitude when faced with adversity
  • Able to handle sensitive topics and confidential information with care.
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team and proactively
  • Eager to learn and excited to contribute to our team
  • An active person who enjoys working as a team yet is capable of working individually
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills, practical time management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are required
