Job Description
Responsibilities:
- 1. Maintaining Project Trackers: Keep project trackers up to date.
- 2. Generating PO/DO on the PMO Portal: Create purchase orders or delivery orders through the PMO portal.
- 3. Compiling Submission Documents for Project Delivery: Prepare necessary documents for project delivery purposes.
- 4. Supporting Project Manager/Coordinator in Delivery Tasks: Assist the project manager or coordinator with project delivery-related tasks.
Internship Objective:
- Share and expose the trainees to the real-life working environment in IX Telecom
- Educate trainees with essential knowledge in the telecommunications industry
- To familiar with process flows in the Service Delivery department
- Able to learn the PMO system
Internship Outcome:
- Trainees’ understanding of what IX Telecom offers to the project delivery.
- Trainees are able to handle issues and enhance their soft skills, especially in
communication.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Diploma / Degree students at the time of the internship
- Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Others will be advantages)
- Able to put your knowledge and skills into practice
- Participate, engage, and embody the role of a full-time employee. Even if you are an intern, show your employer and fellow employees your skills and abilities through projects, leadership opportunities, and activities
- Outgoing and fun personality
